Houston Real Estate Photography was founded by a realtor and photographer, who understands the importance of professional quality images for marketing real estate listings, as well as the importance of outstanding service for you and your clients . Now, more than ever, your photos are the one tool that gets your listings noticed and entices buyers and realtors to schedule showings.
Our goal is to schedule your listing with as little as 24-48 hours notice (often the same day, if not peak season), and deliver photos the same day we shoot. We know how important it is for you to have photos, when your listing goes live.
We will assist you with advice on how to prepare your listing for photos and showings, and we will deliver quality images for your listing in a timely manner to get your showings started immediately. Once photos delivered for your review, they are available for your use as soon as we receive payment for our invoice (see important copyright disclosure on our pricing page).

Preparing For Your Photo Shoot
In order to ensure that we can provide the most attractive photos for your listing, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled shooting session, and follow the guidelines below:
Turn on all lights and lamps in the house
Ensure that all lights are in working order, with no burned out bulbs
Turn off ceiling fans
Check thoroughly for cleanliness and clutter throughout the house
Bathrooms - put away toiletries, toothbrushes, used towels, shampoo, soap, wastebasket, shower racks, etc.
Store all workout and medical equipment
Remove all pets from areas to be photographed
Have the yard freshly mowed, edged, with landscaped areas recently mulched and manicured
Trim trees as needed
Make sure leaves are blown from lawn and paved areas
Put away all outside trash cans, recycle bins, water hoses, security signs
Remove pool equipment and debris from pool and pool area
Put away all family photos, especially those of children
Remove any holiday items, so photos are not dated
For dusk shots, please make sure there is a water hose accessible from the front of the home.

Kitchen - remove dishes and clutter from counters, magnets from refrigerator, and pet bowls, put trash can out of view. Ensure that all counters and sinks are spot-free
Windows - please make sure that any windows that will be photographed uncovered are as clean as possible, without streaks
Put away all child items, such as high chair, booster seats, toys, etc.
Store all workout and medical equipment
Remove all pets from areas to be photographed
Have the yard freshly mowed, edged, with landscaped areas recently mulched and manicured
